We source all of our own timber and work in association with a timber mill to have the logs cut to our specifications. After the timber curing process, the timber is cut into our special tongue- and - groove blocks. We then cut these to length and hand match the blocks for each individual drum, before gluing them into cylinders. After the proper curing process they are lathed from the inside and the outside to their proper shell thickness. They are sealed and cured again before forwarded to the finishing process.
